2. Log in or create a My Panasonic account 
3. Complete the Bonus Warranty claim and the gift card claim form 
4. Upload a clear copy of your purchase receipt showing the model, date, and full payment 
5. Submit the form before 7 February 2026 

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Panasonic will verify your claim within five working days. If approved, your gift card will be emailed to you by TCN Group.
